Get to know: Craig Howard
Craig developed his passion for architectural design after graduating from high school in Northern California, spending several formative years working in the construction industry. He relocated to San Diego prior to earning his degree from the NewSchool of Architecture and Design in 2012.
As a Principal at DBRDS, Craig is committed to innovative thinking and imaginative, dynamic approaches to design and construction. He consistently seeks to push design solutions beyond their initial parameters and has led project teams on multiple multifamily developments from concept through construction.
Outside of DBRDS, Craig regularly collaborates with friends and colleagues through creative problem-solving and conflict-resolution exercises that foster personal growth and sharpen professional skills. These pursuits occasionally involve dice and a surprising amount of math, but the intent is the same.
