Rancho Mirage Country Club, Coachella Valley

This is a multi-use rehab of a 25-acre residential community in the heart of Rancho Mirage, CA. The development revitalizes an under-utilized golf course through the construction of a boutique hotel, new residences, a world-class clubhouse with restaurant and an athletic center. The project recently achieved city and community approval in 2019.
