Sparks Masterplan

This recently approved development is located on a 9.19 ac parcel on Lincoln Ave, between Windsurfer Drive and Legends Bay Drive in Sparks, NV. Consisting of 247 residential dwelling units, the development included a 5-story apartment building, 3-story townhome buildings clustered around the centrally located Amenity Village of 1-story buildings.

The 3-story townhomes are proposed along the frontages of the site to purposefully & contextually blend with the 2 and 3-story residential buildings of existing adjacent developments along Windsurfer Drive and E Lincoln Way. The 5-story apartment building is proposed at eastern corner of the site which has been designed to increase density & scale leading to the commercial development of hotels and retail center along Legends Drive.
