DBRDS as engaged by Pacific Coast Commerical to study multiple developemnt scenarios for an L-shaped property along Pacific Highway in downtown San Diego. The studies utilized City of San Diego’s ‘Complete Communities Housing Solutions’ regulations, and included studies of various housing mix alternatives.

The site is slightly impacted by a downtown view corridor overlay, however in collaboration with ParkWorks, we were able to confirm that approximately 250 car parking spaces were possible utlizing a mechanical parking system.
